The executive diner in Hawthorne on 26 saw mill river rd is a very nice diner. there is friendly service with a good selection in the menu with good pricing. the soups were very good, and the dinners were served very nicely. the desserts are also very nice. i would recommend anyone in the area to stop in. |

| The Executive Diner is the perfect place to go after a movie or a late night of partying. It's one of the only places open 24 hours and that includes the local fast food chains. I usually get the bacon cheeseburger deluxe. It comes with a good portion of fries, onion rings and, of course, lettuce and tomato. The burgers are good but expect to get it well-done despite how you ask for it. You can also substitute their regular fries for waffle fries and that's a definite bonus and I believe it's free of charge. But, if late night breakfast is what you're in the mood for, you'll be in the right place! Their options are plenty but, I usually just get the bacon egg and cheese with hash-browns. The sandwich isn't as good as you'll get at the local deli but, it's satisfactory and they aren't stingy with the potatoes. Top the night off with a milk shake and you'll go home happy! |
